DiCentral Elects Robert Sakowitz to the Board of Directors

HOUSTON- July 22, 2008 - DiCentral is pleased to announce the election of Robert Sakowitz to the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Sakowitz brings a wealth of knowledge from managing and leading companies in diverse industries to his new role with DiCentral.

"We are very excited to have Robert join our Board," commented Thuy Mai, chief executive officer of DiCentral. "He will bring a deep knowledge of the retail sector to our Board, as well as broad experience across a number of industries."

Through his consulting company, Hazak Corporation, Mr. Sakowitz has provided consulting services to companies in a number of industries, including software and retail, for over 17 years. In addition to his consulting experience he has held a number of management and Board positions.

He served in senior management for twenty years, including as President of Sakowitz, Inc., from 1975 to 1985. In this role he was responsible for leading sales growth to $140 million and quadrupling company profits. He has since helped such companies as Ikea, Saks Fifth Avenue, Mills Corporation, TheCustomShop.com, Kuppenheimer, and Highland Village Shopping Centers. Mr. Sakowitz is the recipient of the National Order of Merit from both the Presidents of the Republic of France and the Republic of Italy for commercial and cultural contributions to their respective countries.

He has served as a member of the Boards of Directors of both domestic and international companies; among them Continental Airlines, Morse Shoe Company, Societe Viticole Europeenne (Luxembourg), Tungtex Apparel Manufacturing (Hong Kong), Galleria Bank, The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Texas, The Greater Houston Partnership, and the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Mr. Sakowitz received his degree in History and Economics at Harvard University. He makes his home in Houston, Texas.
