DiCentral Achieves Gold Certification for EDI Integration with QuickBooks by Intuit

DiCentral recently achieved QuickBooks Gold Developer Status with Intuit. Only a select few solution providers achieve this status with Intuit.

The criteria for achieving the Gold Developer designation includes an independent technical review, third party initiated customer survey, and validation of an installed client base. DiCentral underwent this extensive process and earned the prestigious status as Gold Developer for DiIntegrator for QuickBooks.

DiIntegrator for QuickBooks is DiCentral’s advanced solution for seamless integration into QuickBooks Accounting Software, taking integration a step beyond the typical package. DiIntegrator can seamlessly synchronize EDI data through custom–built Item Synchronization, Customer Synchronization, and Term Synchronization. 8th Annual IAMCP “Meet Microsoft” Tournament and Charity Fundraiser

The International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP) hosted its 8th Annual IAMCP “Meet Microsoft” Tournament and Charity Fundraiser on April 28. DiCentral attended and sponsored a hole at the tournament held at Sugar Creek Country Club in Sugar Land, Texas. Through the vigilant efforts of the IAMCP, the tournament raised $8000 for the Habitat for Humanity. Mario Reyes, Jimmy Payne, Jean Respass, and John Nguyen represented DiCentral at the tournament, where they played golf, helped with refreshments, and interacted with the 80 IAMCP members who attended.

DiCentral was proud to work with the IAMCP to help raise money for the Habitat for Humanity. The IAMCP, formed in 1994, provides Microsoft partners a voice into Microsoft. Its focus is on maximizing the business potential of Microsoft partners through networking, community outreach, and other various events. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a member of IAMCP, DiCentral is always honored to collaborate with Microsoft and its partners.

The DiCentral Support Team would like to offer some tips for DiWeb.

Turnaround Default Setting Feature

If you find yourself typing in the same data over and over to blank fields on the DiFiller form, you can set your own default data that will appear automatically in that field every time you open that form. All fields except data brought over from the PO can be pre-populated by utilizing this efficient functionality. Your account administrator can go to Options > User Configuration > Turn Around Default Setting. There he or she can type in the relevant information specific to the document and store, thereby pre-populating your outgoing EDI document forms.

Update ASN Feature

Sometimes it is necessary to change your ASNs due to routing or other requirements. Drafting a new ASN will add to your kilobyte usage since you are accumulating new data in your outbox. To avoid the extra cost, you can use our Update ASN button located in your outbox. You may then make the necessary changes to the ASN without the need to re-draft. Please note that when creating an ASN, you cannot utilize the Update ASN button to update blank fields. You can, however, use dummy text such as TBD (to be determined) if the information is not known at that time. The Update ASN button can then be used when the information becomes available. Also please note that the Update ASN button only works for fields in the header portion of the ASN, not for fields in the grid area.

Viewing Features

Keeping track of your account activity is important. By simply clicking on Options > Activity Report, several activity views are available including inbound and outbound activity, kilobyte usage, and log views. Another important accessible view is your monthly bill. From the activity report screen, click on monthly bills. Once on this screen, you can view and print your itemized statements.
