From The CEO

Dear Customers and Partners,

The end of the year is upon us. It’s at this time that I reflect upon the progress and past events of DiCentral. We have added customers and partners to our extraordinary client base, and improved our EDI solution offerings with innovative upgrades. We have also expanded our EDI, supply chain management, and technology expertise by adding industry experts to our team. DiCentral has continually maintained a competitive edge so that we can help our customers sustain theirs.

Even though we are quite busy with day-to-day operations, solution advancements, and strategic planning, we never forget those most important to us. That is why our hearts turn gratefully to you, the ones who make our progress possible. The year may be coming to a close, but our commitment to you is endless.

We sincerely appreciate you and wish you happiness this holiday season…

Thuy Mai, CEO

DiCentral Introduces Mary Kleespies as Director of Major Accounts

DiCentral is pleased to announce that Mary Kleespies has joined our team as Director of Major Accounts. With 18 years experience in the supply chain and EDI industry, Mary’s role is to reinforce the numerous relationships that DiCentral has established within the global buyer community.

Mary is a recognized retail EDI expert who brings a depth of experience and knowledge built during 18 years with JCPenney. As EDI operations manager she was responsible for all EDI operations within JCPenney involving a vendor community of more than 3,000 partners. Mary held responsibility for day-to-day operations, strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives. Additionally, she led the company’s efforts to begin incorporation of AS2 communications for logistics and transportation partners.

“As a long time client I was continually impressed with DiCentral’s products, customer service, and commitment to excellence. It is an honor to be part of the DiCentral team,” comments Mary. “I look forward to working with our valued customers and helping them identify opportunities for achieving greater benefit from their supply chain operations.”

Mary brings to DiCentral a broad perspective on buyer/supplier relationships and issues affecting supply chain processes. Our entire client base can benefit from her ideas and suggestions for achieving supply chain optimization.

DiCentral Attends VCF Conference

DiCentral attended the Vendor Compliance Federation (VCF) Conference held in Scottsdale, Arizona, on November 9th-12th. At the conference, DiCentral Directors Pat Hall and Mary Kleespies engaged in discussions with retail trading partners to understand the challenges they are facing with EDI enablement. Pat and Mary, both experts in EDI enablement, will follow up with the trading partners by offering optimal solutions tailored for their current supply chain issues. The VCF is an organization that focuses on supply chain efficiency. By meeting with retailers and vendors at the VCF Conference, DiCentral is able to gain insight into issues and trends affecting the retail trading partner community. These findings aid in our development of relevant solutions for maximizing results in supply chain processes.

The DiCentral team will also be attending the National Retail Federation Conference next month; we hope to see you there.

Your Archive folder contains EDI documents older than one year. The documents in your Archive can be accessed by clicking on the Archive button located at the top of your screen, below the inbox/outbox tabs. Documents are automatically archived for one year.

Your Recycle Bin contains EDI documents that you have deleted. To view deleted documents, simply click on the Recycle Bin icon at the bottom of your screen.
