DiIntegrator for Microsoft Dynamics™ GP
DiCentral has again expanded the capabilities of DiIntegrator to include seamless or “tight” integration into Microsoft Dynamics GP. Large volumes of EDI data can now be directly imported into and exported out of GP quickly and securely.
DiIntegrator is a pre-built EDI solution installed locally but managed by DiCentral’s SaaS internet infrastructure. Our end-to-end solution simplifies ongoing management and customer service options by eliminating the need for foreign “middleware”. DiCentral’s model allows the user to concentrate on their business and still have precise, fast, and powerful EDI software that leverages their investment in MS Dynamics GP through its integration of financial data. Previous EDI models required heavy investment in hardware, software and additional staff. DiCentral’s unique SaaS business model simplifies implementation, lowers total cost of ownership, and reduces staffing levels needed in typical integrated EDI installations.

Quick Tip from DiSupport: Backorder PO Feature
Sometimes a purchase order (PO) will arrive in your inbox that you are only partly able to ship due to lack of availability. By utilizing the backorder function for your PO, you can split your order into items that are available and ones that are not. Select the PO you would like to split, and click the Backorder button at the bottom of the inbox screen. A window will appear where you will enter the quantity of items that are available. Once complete click finish, then refresh your inbox. Now your inbox will display the original PO, Modified PO, and Backorder PO. The Modified PO contains the items available; the Backorder PO lists the items that are not available.
The generation of a Modified PO allows you to create an advance ship notice (ASN) only on the items that you can immediately ship. You can create an ASN for the backordered items once they become available and get shipped. Please note that this feature does add kilobytes to your activity since you are creating and accumulating new data.
